' Mrs Dew vE. J. and G. A. Dew— Application for maintenance order. Bis Worship advised the parties to try and settle the matter amicably between themselves. After a short consultation between the parties con* eerned the application was withdrawn.
Constable Darby v G, Penny.— Spilling nightsoil on a public footpath. Fined ss, and 9s costs.
Jas. Bayliss v Forbes.—Claim, £5 9s 6d. Judgment for amount claimed with costs 10s and solicitor's Mrs Smith v J, £5, for damage done pigs. Judgment for the 20s, with witnesses' expenses 40s, Court costs 15s, and solicitor's fee 21s.
