Singular Incident.
A most remarkable incident occurred "- at Oporto just befose the mail left, in connection with the court-martial which is beingfheld on the prisoners charged with being implicated in the recent revolutionary outbreak >'n that city. In order to avoid all risk of demonstrations, to which the trial of the rebels in the actual centre of disaffection might give rise, the court-martial has been held on boaid the corvette Bartholomew Bias, which, with two other war •| ships, has been stationed in the roadI stead. On Wednesday, the northI easterly gale rendered it difficult for I the members of the Court to go on r>r board, and the proceedings had to be suspended. Yesterday, however, matters reached a climax. A tremendous gale was blowing, and the Bartholomew Dias dragged her anchor soon after the court had begun the day|s proceedings. Her captain found it useless to try to make headway against the wind, and judged it more .prudent, under the circumm with themUitary judges, prisoners, H and witnesses on board, was soon W steaming out of 3ight of land. The "? vessel J8 believed to have sustained < some slight damage in the gale.
