This tow agreed to, and the Directors will carry out the arrangements made " by Mr Macdonald, Mr VVhitcombe ' gave notice that hi would move at next meeting that the Association be regiateted at once. Mr Phillips secon- " ded. - This will be decided upon at next meeting. It was agreed that the , Colonial" Bank te arranged with for opening an account on behalf of the Association. Mr Gardner, Mr Phillips, the Secretary, and other gentlemen bad a meeting with the Hon. Mr Brvce, Cameron, the visiting' member oTthe West Coa3t Association, with a vie* to endeavor to arrange an amalgamation of the two Associations. All the gentlemen recognised the necessity for one Association only, and a meeting has been arranged for that purpose. _Mr Macdonald, Mr Phillips, and the Secretiry "" wilrTOlress a public meeting at Mas- ' terton on Monday next. Mr Hogg, M.H.R., will possibly be present also.
