Although not a member of the Rifle Club, a copy of the rules and regulations have been given me by the Secretary. They are in neat little pamphlets of twelve pages, at the modest price of sixpence. They were printed at the Waibarapa Daily printing office. The stjle and printing reflects great credit on the office, and the contents prove the Club t® be in a flourishing condition, and man • aged. Following in the wake of the English Clubs and the New Zealand Rifle Association, they haye adopted the Martini-Henri rifle, and at the end of the book of rules full particulars are given of this favorite weapon, together with some useful hints to beginners.
