The jury in the Coleman Phillips case returned to Court' ait £BO a.m.; after deliberating thirteen hours. The 1 foreman stated that"they .could not agree on. a verdict. The Chief Justioe discharged the jury,- and on Jhe Court resuming at 10 o'clock this morning a new trial was fixed to-take place on July 18. '
Accused was admitted to bail oh his own surety of £2OO. ' ,! ,_ '•' .
