Bishop Julius anl Sool&Usm. Curistohurok, May 8. This afternoon Bishop Julius delivered un address to Trado Unionists in tho Cathedral, which was crowded. He said jjp. teudency of the present age {■£ to abandon individualism in favor of Socialism. Ha was a Socialist because he was a Christian, and Socialism was taught in the New Testament. He did not think that Unions were sufficient to cure the evils of the present social system, though they had done good in the past. Despite the good metMrtß they had sometimes been faulty. What lay at the root of all the evils of the present system was sin, and no. system of Socialism, however complete, would bring happinosß Tratesi? it was accompanied by righteousness.
