PETTY LARCENY.
A Months Hatl Labour.
In the P.M. Court this before Messrs M. Caselberg and W. Hi Beethnm, J.P.'s, two men named Henry Harvey and James Clark were oharged with the larceny of a dozen cups and saucers, a dozen spoons, and a bucket from the shed of the Masterton Lawn Tennis Club. The accused pleaded guilty, but in extenuation of the offence Btated 'they were under the influence of drink at the time. Conclusive evidence having been adduced by the police, the accused were sentenced to one month's bard labor in the Wellington Terrace Gaol.
