Palmerston North, Saturday. Within the past few days no lesß than four fires have occurred, the circumstances of whioh point to incendiarism, and quite a sensation has been caused in town. Last night another dear case of attempted anon occurred. Papar and sacking, with tar, was found under a dwelling house. The fite was discovered in its incU piency and extinguished.
