It is satisfactory to find that ther e is at last a probability of the ere c _ tion of a morgue within the Borou of Masterton becoming an acco j 0 plished fact. It appears now only be a question of ways and mean ' The Borough Council has yery properly taken the initiative in the matter, but they cannot be expected to undertake the sole responsibility of the work. The County Council and the Cemetery Trustees are each interested bodies, and we have no doubt they will gladly contribute their quota towards the cost of the proposed institution. It is to be hoped, in the interests of the district, there will be no unnecessary delay in the establishment of what has been a long felt public want.
