MASTERTON HOSPITAL.

The ordinary monthly meetiug of the Hospital Trustees was held yesterday afternoon. Present—Messrs J. C. Boddington (Chairman), B. P. Perry, Joseph lorns, and J. B. Keith. Apologies were received from Messrs: Beetham and W, C. Paige. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. The Treasurer reported receipts as follows: Subscriptions since last meeting, £67 18s 2d; fees, £2 10s ; expenditure, £53 lis 6d; leaving a total credit balance to date of £l4B 4s 3d.

The balance sheet for the past year was read and passed, the result as shown being very satisfactory. TheiHospital Diary was then read. The number of patients at the be* ginning of the month was five, seven were admitted during the month and nine were discharged, leaving at present in the institution three patients. Mr J. C. Boddington was ap« pointed visiting member for the present month. ■ . Accounts amounting to £3O 13s iwere passed for payment. It was then decided to adjourn until Thursday next, at the same hour, to adopt the annual report and balauce sheet.
