en&lxsh. London, Felruary 13. Another murder has taken place in the Whitechapel district, similar, to those perpetrated by Jack the Ripper. The Northampton election took place to-day, and resulted in the return of Mr Mansfield, a Home Ruler, who defeated Mr Gei-maine, a Tory candid date, by a majority of 1713 votes.
