Messrs Menlove, Threlkeld, Withel, and the Hon M. Holmes sent sheep from the South, The highest price, realised during: the day was 7 guineas'for two stud Lincoln rams belonging to Mr Menlove. The following are the principal prices real" ised: —Mr F H Wood (i a conjunction with the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Co.)—-On account of' E. Menlove, 2 two-tooth stud Lincolns. 7 guineas each; 10 flock do averaged 8} guineas ; 40 do two-tooth, 8 guineas. On account of Lincoln two-tooths, 2J- [ guineas; oh account of C Withel, 20 do do, average guineas jon account of H, R, Bunny, 20 RomUey < Marsb (various ages), average $ guinea; on account J. Stuckey, 10 Lincoln two tooths, 2J guineas ; on account of A Walker, 8 RomneyMarsh, 2J guineas, 20 Lincolns, two tooth,' average 8) guineas. On account of D. and P. McLaren, 5 Border Leiiesters, 11 guineas ; on account ofifW O Bachanan, 15 two-tooth Soutndowns, 2J guineas; on account of J. Rayner, 15 Lincoln two-tooth, 2\ guineas.
