Pahiatua, Friday,
In the Magistrate's Court to-day the case Walker v. Warren was continued. Mr Gould, for defendant, applied for a nonsuit, as th 3 dispute re the boundary line involved a question of title and the Court had no jurisdiction, Harnett v, Thompson (continued). The defendant brought evidea:e that there wsb a breach of contract caused by the neglect in getting supplies regularly by the plaintiffs sawmill. Judgment was given for defendant with costs. Buckle y. M'Cardle. Mr Tosswill for plaintiff, Mr Gould for defendant-. Claim, f 18, for breach of contract to grass paddock at expiration of lease. The breach was admitted and «C 3 paid into court.
