LICENSING COMMITTEE

(by telegraph) (From Our Own Correspondent.) Pahiatua, Wednesday. The adjourned meeting of the Town Licensing Committee was held yesterday. Mr Tosswill, on behalf of Mr Price, of the Union Hotel, applied for a further adjournment to allow his client to do the necessary advertising and put in plans of the proposed alterations. The sittings of the Bench were accordingly adjourned, Mr Price paying a guinea costs.
