STABBING AFFRAY.

[ Ttcc Sailors Quarrelj (By Telegraph). [United Press Association.] Timaru, Wednesday. Two young Norwegian sailors on the German barque Eialto wero drinking ashore last night and after returning to the vessel quarrelled. Ono natued Olsen stabbed the other named Hooper five or six times with his sheath knife in the neck and body. One of two wounds in the chest is serious, but is not expected to be fatal. Olsen has been arrested.
