ROAD BOARD.
The ordinary meeting of the Mpticeville Road Board was held on Saturday, November 29th, when there were present Messrs Ct Guilder, sen (ohairroan), Jepsen, Forsberg, Jaoltson and Drew. The minutes of the previous meeting having been read and confirmed, a letter was read from Messrs Ole Jackson and James McGregor, and also one from Mr E Rothwell, consenting to the thirds from their sections being exponded on Mt Munro road east. A communication was read from tho Crown Lands Danger, in which he desired to know.whether the Board had got t)ie work on roads -in IJdstw'ell V S done, foi"the payment M Which a' sum of mo% ; ivas in his hands, Several ijiembil's of the board surprise at flip tone'of the Sanger's letter, seging 'that'he had never oonje to any arrangement with the Board regarding the expenditure of this money. It was decided on the motion of Mr Jaokson that he be requested to meet and
