MAURICEVILLE CRICKET CLUB.
A well attended meeting of the above named Club was held iu Mr Gundersen's store on Saturday, the 29th November, the Vice-President Mr Worboy's, occupying the chair. It ■was moved by Mr Sansen, that the club join with the Athletic Club in securing a ground for crioket and sports. Seconded by 11. Vile and carried. Proposed by Mr Sanson that Mr Mould and Mr J. Vile be added to the General Committee, Seconded by Mr Kaemussen and carried, Proposed by Mr Sansen that Messrs 'Gpdersen, Worbovs, Summer, W. Mould and <T. vile be a ground committee, seconded by Mr J. Vlie and carried. Proposed by Mr H, Vile that Messrs Sansen, Worboys, Mould, Kumraer and Mover be a Match Committee, seconded by Mr Carrol and carried. Proposed by Mr N. Kasmussen that the club join with the Athletic Club with a view of holding a ball on the night of the Sports, December 29th, the surplus to be in aid of the ground. Mr W, Mould and Messrs H, and J, Vile were appointed delegates to meet the Athletic Club re the same, The meeting terminated with a vote of thanks to the chair-and also to Mr Gunderson for the use of the room
