MR BUCHANAN AT CLAREVILLE.

(Our Own Correspondent,) _ Caeterton, Tuesday, Mr W, C. Byohanan addressed a gathering of about thirty eleotors at Olaroville IrsL night, Mr' G, Flux being in the chair. The meeting was well conducted and were much interested in the speaker's remarks. The Eev.Mr Murray asked several questions about Education, to which satisfactory replies . were given. Enquiries by other electors elioted the information required by thpse who sought Mr Buchanan's opinions on the points at issue, The meeting lasted nearly two hours, and concluded with » hearty vote of thanks to tho candidate for his speech,
