Electoral matters in Masterton are exceedingly dull. Are-action will, however, probably set in at the beginning of next inontb. Mr 0. McLean, a labor candidate for Wellington, addressed a crowded meeting in tho Opera House last night, and received a vote of thanks and confidence, ■ Wasqakui, October 20.
