THE ARRESTED MEMBERS. DISGRACEFUL SCENES. . NATIONALIST CONFERENCE. London, Sept. 27. The Irish members arrested for inciting tenants not to pay rent wore again brought before the Magistrates at Tipperary and remanded. Messrs Timothy] Healy, and Timothy Harrington, M.P.'s, continually bullied the Bench, and scenes of a most disgraceful character were incessant. Fitzgerald, President of the American League, is indignant at Mr Parnell advising tho Parliamentary delegates who intend visiting America shortly, to avoid the extreme sections of the League in that country. The conference of the Irish party which was convened by Mr Parnell will meet at Dublin on 6th ; October. It is reported that the American Leagues are furious at Mr Parnell for having ordered the moneys collected in Amerioa to be remitted to Ireland direct.
