-The following resolution from tbe Board to Mr Hiraohberg in respect to the road through Mb property was * earned That this Board abandon ■ all'claim to Chew street, which is,to beolosed, and will!iWuca'thiiffidth of Dalefield road extension to a. half chain road, for which Mr Hirohberg is to forego claim for compensation j that a copy of the abovo resolution ■ be sent to Mr Hirchberg, Mr Morgan moved that Messrs.
