Mr F. H. Wood had a large attendance of buyers at the Stock Sale held by him ot the Taratahi yards yesterday, Sheep were in good demand, but oattle, especially dairy stock, were slow of sale. The following is a quotation of prices realised.: Sheep—Ewes in lamb, 8s to 10s lOd; empty ewes, 10s Id; do culls, 5s 9d; Cattle—Calves, lis to 15s; two year old steers, 42s to 50s; heifers, 20s to 40s; fat cows, 7os; store do, 20s to 40s; dairy cows, 80s to £6 7s 6d; Hoi'ses-£8 to ill 10a.; Pigs— Weaners, 5s Od.
