This portion'contains the private accounts of: certain members of the Ministry, Appended to this report will tie; found, fiilljj'set forth the original requisition "made upon tho Bank,-together with 'subse* q'uent reductions 'thereof, and com-; munications between the Chairman of the Committee, the President of the Bank of New Zealand, and Mr John Murray, who is present in Wellington in ordor to represent the Bank," ' Mr Withy moved that the report should lie on the table and be printed, la. order that the House might. see exaotly how the Committee proposed to present the matter, it this motion was carried he should move—" Ttfat the report be tak9n into consideration at half-past two to-morrow, and that permission be given to the Bank of New. Zealand to' be first heard by counsel at the bar of tho House." The Minister of Education said he had not seen the report, but be should reserve the right of making remarks at a later stage if he did not think it put the matter fairly before the House. Both tho motions movod by Mr Withy were carried without dissent,
