Messrs Freeman E, Jackson & Co, report:—Cattle at Johnsonville were in moderate numbers, consisting of prime aged .bullocks, and a few indifferent heifers, Sheep in short suprlies: light weathers neglected, but good freezers well competed for, Pigs of various sorts were dull of sale. Rough and cold weather prevailed so that the attendanco was small, and stock looked at their. very worst,. Bullocks—£slss to £7 ss; averages, £6lss, and £6 6a 2d; heifers, £3 2a (id, to £2 2a 6d, Sheep-Light wethors, 12s 9d; others, 15s Gd. Pigs at reduced prices.
