Some extraordinary disclosures were revealed by papers laid on the table o£ tlie Legislative Assembly in connection with the visit of a man named Pullman, who claimed to represent tbe Pullman Car Company. He had nearly completed an agreement to supply the Government with a number of cars, but owing to his unwillingness to produce his authority the Railway Commissioners cabled to America and ascertained that he was an imposter.
