On tho Court resuming his Worship gave judgment in the Mauriceville grass seed case, in which Noilsou (tho plaintiff)' claimed £42 10s damages, alleging that soft meadow grass seed had been sold Mm in tho place of clean cocksfoot. Judgment was given for defendant with £lO 9s costs.
J. P. Oowie v 0, Collier action to recover L2 2s tor produce supplied, Mr Buunj for plaintiff, Judgment with costs.
The Court then adjourned till o'clock.
