Carterton Borough Council.

The ordinary monthly meeting of the above Council was held on Monday evening. Present—The Mayor, (Cr E. Fairbrothor,) and Crs Booth, w. Vickerstaff, Thos. Moore, A.'McKenzie, and G. W.
