A meeting of tailoresses, niachin- b; ists, and pressors was held last ol evehiug. The otteudaiiee was wy h large, and it was decided to form n h Union on tho lines of the Tailoresses \> Union m Dunedin. The log in force p in Dunedin was read, and it was b seen that the rate of wages hi n Wellington was much lower than in h Dunedin. A Committee was formed b to consider the matter. Tho action c of the tailoresses is being very strongly li supported here. r
