Wellington, Friday. The Telegraph Department has boon advised by cable from tho agent at Wakapuaka undue yesterday's date "Communication on Port Darwin line became interrupted this evening north of tlio l'oak during heavy thunderstorm. The West Australian cable having closed prior to the interruption, no cab'e business can bo got through to-night,"
