London, October 8. The English Rugby Union has passed a resolution to the effect that Waibi'ick's charges against Rowland Hill and the Referees of tho English players aro untrue. These charges of unfairness were disseminated through the medium of interviews, and having been frequently commented on by English papers wore at last brought under the notice of the Union,
