Judgment debt £7 19-s for goods supplied, Mr Pownall for plaintiff; no appearance of defjndant, Order mado for payment in seven days, in default ten days' imprisonment. F. C. Tumor v J, Cummings, claim £2 8s fid, meat supplied. Mr Pownall for plaintiff; no appearance of defendant. Judgment lor plaintiff with costs.

Mr Pownall for plaintiffs. Defenddant asked that the caso be allowed to stand over as his Counsel was not in attondap.ee, The case was put back accordingly, . J. Min v H.J. Perry, chum £l3 19s balance due. for wages, Mr Pownall for plaintiff said his client claimed for two weeks wages at 30s, twenty-live weeks at £l, with cash lent 10s, less,.£H lis cash received on account.

Mr Beard appeared for defendant. Plaintiff stated his case, and said defendant had allowed him 25s per week for harvesting, and 15s a week afterwards, and deducting some money he owed for clothing, etc, paid him off with £l4 10s, telling liim it was all tho balance due,

Judgment was given for plaintiff for 10s and costs.
