Tho Managing Committee of the Wellington Rugby Union at a meeting hold on Tuesday evening endorsod the action of the Seovetavy in informing the Wairarapa Union that their request to bo allowed to take £l6 of the proceeds of next Saturday's match could not be acceded to. It was resolved to entertain the Wairarapa team ut hjiifh, . •Tfio Wellington jJnjqii v/ill not send a team' to''Nelson or Marlborough this season having so many other engagements to fulJil. ■
