Sixty strikers scaled tlio walls of the Albert Docks for the purpose of coercing the men at work, but were expellod, An attempt to sink a dock .tug also failed, The dock laborers in the grain and flour sections at Liverpool have struck for a shilling a day advance. Tlio movement in the city threatens to spread. The London dock companies have declined the shipowners' proposals, and suggest that a joint committee of tlie two interests should be appointed to consider the whole situation.
