The following officers wero elected for the ensuing year—Mr W, 0. Buchanan, M.H.R., President; Mr N, Grace, Vice-President; Mr T. Ray, Judgo; MrN. Grace Starter; Stewards, Messrs E. Buckeridge, N. Grace, W. B, Allen, T, Kay, E, Hooker, Richard Buckeridge, Albert Lyford. Clerk of the Scalps, Mr 0. Kemble; Clerk of Course, Mr Robert Buckeridge; Treasurer.MrW. B. Allen; Secretary, Mr E. O'Hara Canavan. PROGRAMME, The following programme was drawn up subject to the approval of the Metropolitan Club, (1) Hack Hurdle raco £15,(2) Maiden Plate £ls (3) Maiden Pony raco £5, with sweepstake of 10s added, (Ponies not to exceed fourteen hands), distance f of a mile, catch weights, first horse one third of the sweepstake, post entry, (i) Tarata'hi-Carterion Hack Handicap £25, (5) Welter Handicap 115, (6) Plying Handicap, f of a mile £lO Claroville Handicap £ls, Forced Handicap £lO. DATE OF NOMINATIONS ETC, Resolved That nominations closo on Thursday October 1 Oth. Weights declared on Thursday, October 19th, and acceptances and entrances for Maiden Plate on October 24th, All nominations, acceptances, and entrances for Maiden plato to closo on receipt of mail by last train on the date mentioned, sunscniPTioNS.
