Maiden, bankrupt, be suspended for twelve months on the ground that the debtor had no', kept proper books, His Honor said that if an illiterate man went into business; and in the course of four years paid his oreditors only 7d ia the pound, and kept no books, he showed plainly that he was not entitled to be discharged,
