In the Legislative Council yesterday (Tuesday) the Attorney General gave notice for the appointment of a Select Committee to inquire into the management of Harbor Boards. The debate on the Law of Libel Bill was adjourned for a week, The Fire, Marine, and Insurance Company's Bill, and the West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Bill, and tho Religious, Charitable Trust Bill were each rend a second time HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
