Tho Scobry Handicap of 10sovs, was won liv Javelin, who paid a dividend of L 3 9s.
Dunedin, Thursday. At a committee meeting of the Dunedin Jockey Club last night, it was resolved to recommend to the programme committee LSOOO for allocation at the Exhibition race meeting, the principal race on the first day to be a mile and seven furlongs, for which LI 500, L3OO, and L2OO will constitute the prizes. The main race on theseoond day will be a mile and a half, and on the third day a mile and a quarter.
