Potatoes—Circular Heads are firm at £6; there is a temporary scarcity; New Zealand, £5 to isss; Warrnambool's, £4; anions, £1210s; maize, 8s 8d to 8s lOd; there is a good supply with active demand; oats, inferior quality, 2s lOd; feeding sorts, 8s Id to 8s Sd; milling sorts, 83 5d to 3s 6d; the bran market is easier at Is Id; pollard, Is 4d, scarce; wheat chick feed, 8s 6d; milling . sorts, 4s lOd to 5s 8d; blue peas, 4s Gil; butter, imported separator-made, Is Id to Is 8d; dairy-made lld to Is; cheese, best New Zealand made, Gd to 7jd; the market is steady, with a good supply on hand; local made, 5d to 7d. The bacon market is bare of New-Zealand cured, 9dto9|d; there is a good supply of local sorts, B|d to 9£d. Hams are dull, lOd to Is. Chaff New Zealand cut, £O.
