Breach of the Prisons Act.

Magistrate's Court to day, Georgo Foster, who was discharged from Lyttelton Gaol, on 'Wednesday, was. charged with planting tobacco, newspapers, A'C,, on;the works at Stiokiiig Point, so that they would fall into tlie hands of the pneoijoj's.
