The following are the particulars of the latest inurdor which has beeir committed in fcho neighbourhood of Wlntccliapel:—A woman,.occupying a house ill-fame, on the previous night took to her houso a male friend. Next morning lior nude body was found in bed with the head completely severed from the body. The bowels and breast were removed and the limbs terribly hacked about, Although the limbs are terribly hacked the cuts were dono in a professional mauuer, and leaves but little doubt that a surgeon had been at work, This murder is,tho most atrocious of the series which has taken place lately, and tremendous excitement prevails in Whitechapel. The police are using bloodhouuds to track tho murderer. A free pardon has been offered to anyone concerned in the Whitechapel murders, excepting the actual murderer, for such information as will lead to a conviction, A sailor, lately returned from Sydney, has boon arrested on suspicion,
