The ordinary monthly meeting, ofLand Board was held at the Crown Lands yesterday; /Presont— Commissioner' J;'JVVA. Marobaut (cbairojan)j''and Messrs MoCardie, D. H. : Mo Arthur and H. Bunny.. The.schedule.of land sold during the; past; month, which was .approved,.showed thats4lß acresß roods and 85 perches had beendisposed ..of at an upset price *of L 2685 lGsdd. An application from Mr G. Copeland to be allowed to transfer section 94j Block VI, Mangagahao,' to H, Winstone,.wa3 approved. Messrs Matthews and Tanner wrote with reference to the transfer of section 16, Blook-11, Mangaone, fromT. Ewart to J,- : T. "Martin, tuid asked that the Board approve of the samo under: the power of attorney 1 given them by Mr Ewart.. It was decided to obtain a report from the Banger as to the value of the section and particulars of Messrs Matthews and Tanner." The Pabiatua'Road Board forwarded proposals, for expending./acbrued thirds fronrsectionsi iii the MastertonMaiigahao..spocial settlement block. It was decided to leave the matter to the Commissioner of Lands to obtain further particulars as to payments, &c. Tho Board then adjourned.
