London, September 17.. A new rale-of the Supreme Court provides-that the cash under the control of the Court may, after the' 24th October next, under a judge's order,be invested in colonial inscribed stock when the market value of such stock is equivalent to I per cents, quoted at 105. The lawyers are protesting against the clause in tho Trustees Bill permitting the investment of Trust funds in Colonial Stocks.
