Lowes and lorns report a' good attendance at their stock sale yesterday, considering the state of the weather. Cattle were largely represented, while only 800 sheep were yarded, but they were all of good quality, The prices obtained were—for 3 year old steers 75s and 775, 2 year old steers 555, calves and yearlings from 15s to 255, heifers from 30s to 455, old cows 29s to 40a, dairy cows 608 to 80s, fat wethers 13s to 13s Gd. Two lines were withdrawn tho reserve being 14s. A good line of. wether hoggets, bred by Mr Francis, of Turatahi, topping tho market for tho season at lis. A line of pißSy'whjch reaped good prices, and a few horses, concluded the sale, ,
