Ah adjourned meeting of ,tlie Board was held on Saturday lust. Present— J. IVMaunsell (chairman), Elder, and The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. The Treasurer reported balance in' bank, £38416s sd, and. balince available for future expenditure, £19512s sd.

That the Board at its next meeting levy a general rate of 3-16ths of a penny in the X, and that the necessary notice be published, Accounts amounting to £9 Os 9d wore passed for payment and the meeting adjourned.
