The Frisco Mail.
Wellington, Monday. Tho Secretary General Post Office advises tho departure of the steamer Zealandia from Sail Francisco with English mails to tho 1-lth ult. on 28th ult. for Auckland, time table date. • The steamer Alameda with Colonial mails of the 16th ult, arrived at Sau Francisco from Aucklaudon 4th inst., one day early.
The Maori Will Case.
Wellington, Monday. The Chief Justice delivered judgment in the Eenata will case' this morning. Probate was granted to Wirini Donnelly. After tho judgment, which was very lengthy was concluded, Mr Bell, counsel for Broughton, gave notice of appeal at the November sitting of the Court. It was agreed the probate should not be issued pending the appeal. Costs were given against Broughton and aro not to be paid out of the estate.
