Bain has continued to fall all day, and there is at present no signs of -it clearing up. Blenheim, July 27. - The arbitration claim of Mr Wills, ironmonger, for £BOO in the Norwich Union office and £2OO in the Equitable, in connection with the fire at his ironmongery,store in May last, was to-day submitted to arbitration. The arlitiatoH were.Mr TV Kennedy Macdouald, nominated by Mr, Wilis, and Mr Griffiths (local auctioneer and agent) for the Norwich Union. Mr Baii'd watched on behalf of the Equitable. Mr Jobberns acted as Mr Gardiner, of Wellingtonrconducted Mr Wills' case. Mr liogers, alooal lawyer, conducted for the Norwich Union. '.-".-.
