[■Thursday Evening. Tho Otago Central Eailway Bill was considered in Committee, and stonewalling tactics resorted to. After the supper adjournment the gallaries were cleared, and tho reporters also were excluded. Supporters of the Bill were relieved this morning ■ by members who had retired at an earlier hour, At 9.15 this morning the House was still sitting with galleries closed, but it is understood that no advancement has been made with the Otago Central Bill, N
Later, At one o'clock this afternoon the House was still sitting. At 9-80 a.m. a motion was carried to re-open the gallaries. No progress lias been made with the Bill, and several speeohes of three hours duration wore delivered, The House adjourned from lto 2.80 for lunch, The members assert they will carry on the stonewalling till twelve to-morrow night.
