He kicked witnessseverely in the groin aud injured him to such air extent that ho was incapacitated from duty,. Accused was more liko n maniac than anything else. His Worship suid he was glad to see prisoner hud some shame in him, as evidenced by his not wishing his minis tp appear jn public print, He would give him a chance, and fine him ss, or iS hours,
