Wairarapa Exhibition.

A largely attended meeting of the Executive Committee was held last evening in the Wealeyan Schoolroom, The action of the ladies' committee in deciding that a luncheon be provided for Sir George Grey prior to his opening the Exhibition, was endorsed, and the Secretary was authorised to engage the Temperance Hall for the purpose. Messrs McEwen, Dougall, Jago, F. Harrison, Harcombe, and Gailoway, were appointed a committee to dispose of the tickets. The Secretary was instructed to write to Captain Donald and ask him to call out the Volunteers to meet Sir George Grey onliis arrival at the railway station. Messrs T, Mackay, E. McEwen, and the Rfiv, W.Rowse, were appointed to prepare an address for presentation to Sir George Grey, the same to be submitted for approval at tlio next meeting of the Committee. It was also decided to extend the days on which the exhibition is to remain open until Saturday, thus giving everyone an opportunity of visiting it. The Committee cordially endorsed the suggestion to invite the Revs, W. E. Paigo D, Fulton, and other Ministers to join the reception committee in meeting Sir George Grey at the railway station, Tho meeting then adjourned till that night week.
