Cable Breaks.
Wellington, Saturday. It lias been found tliat ten miles of the cable is very much damaged, and that there aje three brealia in it. The first break is four and a half miles from lyoil's Bay, another is eighteen miles from White's Bay, and another a little further out, The broken parts are to be grappled for and brought into town and repaired. In relaying the cable it is expected to save four miles, as at present (there is a large bend, which will be obviated when relaying,
